Hi, I'm Morgan.
I’m a qualified Holistic Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Meditation Facilitator/Coach/Mentor. I work with people who want to develop and deepen their connection with their own inner wisdom and sense of sacred.
My previous work life has been dedicated to supporting and enabling people to feel seen, heard and valued through transformative creative practices. I’m a qualified and experienced expressive arts (voice and movement) teacher, facilitator, mentor and community cultural development worker. I was the founder, creative producer, artistic director and facilitator of numerous voice and movement programs and projects in Canberra over the last two decades. I have also taught in both mainstream and special education settings from pre-school to university, as well as almost a decade specialising in inclusive adult community education with a focus on the arts as a vehicle for personal and collective empowerment.
Raised amongst a yoga community from a young age I was immersed in a variety of meditation and sacred sound practices and continue to be a lifelong learner and practitioner of a variety of spiritual practices across different wisdom traditions.
I've completed formal training in teaching and guiding meditation and mindfulness and have worked as a meditation coach for the Australian Centre of Holistic Studie's online meditation teacher training course for almost four years. I have completed a two year post-graduate professional training course in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy which is accredited with PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia).
In my classes, circles, immersions and 1:1 sessions I bring this depth of experience to support people to dive deeply into exploring their own innate inner wisdom through a range of awareness practices. My role is to be a catalyst, companion and supportive ally in ways that are meaningful, compassionate and supportive for each person and their unique path and process.
