My Approach
A practical and supportive session to develop a sustainable meditation practice customised to meet your needs and lifestyle or deepen an existing practice. This is an opportunity to benefit from my years of diverse meditation and coaching experience to help you connect with your inner wisdom and resources so that you can integrate a self-guided meditation practice into your everyday life.
These 1:1 sessions are an opportunity to explore what your needs are at this time and what approach to meditation may work best for you. You can also explore any potential or existing obstacles or challenges to meditating and receive individualised guidance from an experienced meditation practitioner and coach specific to your needs.
Approaches to meditation may include but are not limited to: mindfulness and self-compassion, guided imagery/visualisation, vocal sound meditation and body relaxation. The approach we use in your session will depend on your needs, intention and what you most resonate with, to ensure that you leave with a practice that feels nourishing and supportive.
More than one session may be helpful to consolidate your practice and address any challenges or questions that arise along the way.
