Welcome
My name is Morgan and I support people through trauma informed holistic counselling, psychotherapy and meditation, individually and in groups.
In my psychotherapy and counselling practice I work in person and online with people seeking support to safely navigate life's inevitable challenges.
I work alongside people to bring greater awareness and understanding to their inner and outer experiences and strengthen trust in accessing inner wisdom and resources.
Meditation coaching and mentoring, in person and online, offers individualised support to develop or deepen a sustainable meditation practice tailored to meet current needs and lifestyle. Through a diverse range of meditation practices I support people with all levels of experience to develop awareness of and connection with their body's instinctual knowing, wisdom and resources.
In group meditation programs I draw on a diverse range of meditation approaches that include mindful and body centred awareness, guided imagery and sound.
I also facilitate women's circles and ceremonies to remember and deepen connection to nature within and without. In this co-creation of sacred space we acknowledge, honour and collaborate with the seen and unseen allies in nature.
