My name is Morgan and I support women through holistic psychotherapy and meditation, individually and in groups.
In my psychotherapy practice I work in person and online with women who are seeking support to navigate life's inevitable challenges.
I work with women to bring greater awareness and understanding to their inner and outer experiences and strengthen their trust in their inner wisdom and resources.
Meditation coaching, in person and online, offers women individualised support to develop a sustainable meditation practice tailored to meet their current needs and lifestyle. Through a diverse range of meditation practices I support women to develop awareness of and connection with their body's instinctual knowing, wisdom and resources.
In group meditation programs I draw on a diverse range of meditation approaches that include mindful and body centred awareness, guided imagery and sound.
I also facilitate circles and ceremonies and hold space for women to remember and deepen their connection to nature within and without. In this co-creation of sacred space we acknowledge, honour and collaborate with the seen and unseen allies in nature.
